Public Notice:

Twin Pine Casino & Hotel has confirmed its 2^nd employee who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the last two days. While the two cases are not related and were not contracted at Twin Pine Casino & Hotel, it is with great consideration and out of an abundance of caution for the safety of our team members, guests and the community that the Middletown Rancheria of Pomo Indians and Twin Pine Casino & Hotel Management have decided to temporarily close Twin Pine Casino & Hotel. The Casino and Hotel will remain temporarily closed until the proper safety procedures and contact tracing have been completed.

Twin Pine Casino & Hotel will take immediate action and temporarily close on Sunday, July 26^th at 2 AM.

“From the beginning of this pandemic, we have said the safety of our team members, guests, tribal community and surrounding communities are our number one priority. We will live by those words. It is the safe thing to do, it is the right thing to do, and that is why we made the decision to temporarily close” said Chairman Jose Simon III.

We have been working closely with Lake County Department of Public Health and the Lake County Public Health Officer, Dr. Gary Pace, and will continue working with them through this process.

During the closure and with the assistance of Lake County Department of Public Health, we will be conducting contact tracing and providing all pertinent information to those individuals who may have potentially been exposed. Our Team Members have been practicing all the safety protocols as outlined in the CDC guidelines, including the mandatory wearing of face masks and social distancing. A professional cleaning company will be sanitizing and disinfecting the entire Casino and Hotel while we are temporarily closed.

Again, we are erring on the side of caution and wish to be abundantly clear that we take the safety of our team members and patrons of the utmost importance. We want to thank all our team members and guests for their support and understanding as we work through this process.
