BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

When making plans to visit Twin Pine Casino, please understand the following:

• Casino Hours of operation will be 10 AM – 4 AM, 7 days a week.
• We will be closed from 4 AM – 10 AM each day to allow for deep cleaning.
• Twin Pine Casino & Hotel will be entirely non-smoking, non-vaping.
• We will have a convenient designated smoking area located just outside of the casino.
• If you are not feeling well in any way, please stay home. This is to ensure the safety of our guests, employees and community. We will be happy to welcome you back once you are feeling better.
• All guests are required to wear a mask while on property. Please do not forget to bring yours.
• If you are uncomfortable with your temperature being taken at the door, please consider whether you want to visit. Guests with a temperature of 100.4F or higher will not be allowed to enter.
• Physical distancing measures will be in effect property-wide.
• This will affect your experiences in the restaurants, hotel, gaming floor, and retail venues.
• Please be patient, understanding and follow the new rules as they are for everyone’s safety.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE

• All guests will need to enter through the Hotel porte-cochere.
• Please adhere to social distancing markers if there are lines.
• You will be greeted at the door by a Twin Pine Casino Team Member.
• Your temperature will be taken before you enter with a non-touch infrared forehead thermometer
• Please note this process may create lines during higher volume business times.
• Guests with COVID-19 symptoms or a temperature of 100.4F or higher will be asked to return when they are not symptomatic.
• You will be asked to briefly lower your face mask for age and identification purposes.

CASINO FLOOR

• To ensure proper social distancing, every other slot machine will be turned off or will have Plexiglass dividers between them.
• Table games will initially remain closed. They will reopen at an undetermined date.
• When Table games reopen, they will only seat 3 players per table and have Plexiglass dividers between players and dealers.
• We ask that there be no groups or congregations throughout the casino floor.
• If you are around other people who are not in your party, please remember to keep your distance.
• Clear Plexiglass partitions have been placed at the Hotel Front Desk, Gift Shop, Cash Cage, Harvest Club, Market Place and Host Services Desk.
• Cash Cage – Every other service window will be closed to ensure proper social distancing.
• Please adhere to all social distancing markers where lines form at the cash cage and all other areas of the casino.
• Slot machine cash out voucher that expired between March 19th and June 23rd will be valid through July 31st.
• All personal items including back packs, luggage, jackets etc… will no longer be able to be held at the Security Podium.
• To ensure we are making every effort to reduce crowd size, loitering on the Twin Pine Casino premises will not be permitted. Thank you for your understanding.
• Eating will not be permitted on the gaming floor.
• Please help stop the spread by enjoying your meals in the designated eating areas of the Manzanita, Grapevine Bar & Lounge and Market Place.

PROMOTIONS

• Harvest Club hours: Sunday – Thursday 10 AM – 11 PM; Friday & Saturday 10 AM – 12 AM (midnight).
• Grand Prize Monthly Drawings will begin on Saturday, July 4th.
• All ticket entries earned in March will be applied to the Saturday weekly drawings in July.Tickets earned for the March Throw Back Thursday promotion will be applied to July’s drawing.
• Our regular weekly promotions schedule has been changed. Please see the Harvest Club for details regarding the availability of your favorite promotion.
• Tier points, tier benefits and comps will remain the same as they were before we closed.
• Harvest Club Card tier levels will remain the same through the next qualifying period.
• Your future monthly Newsletter offers will not be affected by temporary closure.
• If your birthday was during the closure, please see the Harvest Club to receive your birthday offer.
• If you received a meal offer for March that was valid during the closure, it will be honored through June 30th. New Monthly offers will be begin in July.
• Be sure to check twinpine.com for the latest promotional updates.

RESTAURANTS, BARS & DRINK SERVICE

• The Manzanita Restaurant is open Friday & Saturday 5pm-10pm
• The Grapevine Bar & Lounge is open Monday – Friday from 12 PM – 10 PM; Saturday & Sunday from 10 AM – 10 PM.
• The Market Place hours of operation: 10 AM – 1:30 AM daily. 
• Alcohol sales are available in the Grapevine Bar & Lounge and Manzanita with the order of entrees.
• The Twisted Vine Bar will remain closed until further notice.
• Drink service will be available on the gaming floor.
• All self-serve beverage stations will be removed from the casino floor.
• Complementary coffee, water and sodas will be available from drink servers and at the Market Place.
• All condiments will be single serve personal condiments and available at all venues.
• Limited menus will be available at all venues.

GIFT SHOP

• Gift Shop hours will be 10 AM – 10 PM daily

• During the early phases of reopening, our retail offerings may be limited.

ENTERTAINMENT

• Grapevine Bar & Lounge live entertainment has been canceled until further notice.

• This is to discourage large group gatherings within the limited space.

• All entertainment events and VIP parties in the Event Center have been canceled until further notice.

HOTEL GUESTS

• The Hotel will be open for overnight guests.

• Hotel Suites will remain closed to discourage gatherings of groups.

• In the event a hotel room is unavailable for check-in at the time of arrival,
  the hotel will not be holding guests luggage. We apologize for any inconvenience this safety measure may cause.

• Bell carts will be available for use. There will be a designated area for bell carts to be placed after each use to be sanitized. Once sanitized, bell carts will be placed in a designated area for clean carts.

• Please be aware of postage signage for each of these designated areas.

• Room service will be unavailable until further notice.

• No more than 2 guests in the elevator if you are not in the same party.

• The fitness room will remain closed until further notice.

• The business center will remain closed until further notice.

We have taken appropriate action and implemented enhanced health and safety measures—for you, our other Guests, and Team Members. Please make sure to follow all posted instructions while visiting Twin Pine Casino & Hotel.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and Guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By visiting Twin Pine Casino & Hotel you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
