Front Desk Clerk

Responsible for the successful overall activities related to the Front Desk of the Hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Hotel Housekeeper

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and appropriate supplies in the Hotel, Guest Rooms, and hallways. Must be professional and courteous at all times.

Facilities Housekeeper

Maintain cleanliness and appropriate supplies in casino, offices, restrooms, hallways, and employee areas.

Promo Coordinator

A key member of the marketing team, helping to develop, execute and analyze the success of promotions and special events.

Bingo Runner/Seller

Responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of Bingo sessions, monitoring play, assisting guests, making payouts and calling games.

Line Cook 1

Responsible for preparing foods to be served to guests throughout the venue. Responsible for working PM Dinner Menu or AM Breakfast & Lunch Menu and production line stations including Expediter (AM Lead), Sauteé, and Grill Stations. Must also communicate and coordinate production for Fry and Cold Station and work directly with front of house management to coordinate and deliver quality menu items to our guests.

Food and Beverage Server

Responsible for servicing food and beverages throughout the property in the Casino, Restaurant, and Grapevine Bar & Lounge. F&B Servers must be fully knowledgeable of our menu and meet all standards as a server.

Cocktail Server

Responsible for serving guests alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in the venue: gaming floor, bar, lounge, dining areas, and room service during operating hours.

Dishwasher

Responsible for assisting in the efficient operation of the kitchen and restaurants by maintaining cleanliness standards through the operation of dishwashing equipment and sinks, polishing silverware, removing garbage, cleaning of equipment, and work areas including the sweeping and mopping of floors. Position will also assist in general food preparation when needed.
