NO SMOKING / PETS POLICY
Twin Pine Casino & Hotel believes in keeping our hotel rooms to the highest standard. In keeping this standard, all of the rooms in the hotel are smoke free.
Guests violating our non-smoking policy will be charged a $300.00 cleaning fee.
Pets are not allowed in the rooms or on the grounds of Twin Pine Casino and Hotel, with the exception of service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act Title 111. The owner must state what service the animal performs. We do not admit service dogs that are for emotional or mental support. Pets may not be left in vehicles. Should a pet or its remains be discovered in the hotel, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $300.00.
ROOM DAMAGES / THEFT
Guest are responsible for leaving the room in the same condition (with normal use), as it was when the guest arrived. The registered guest will be held responsible for any and all damages, extra cleaning fees or theft to the room found during the stay or after your departure. The property is privately owned and operated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We assume no responsibility for accidents or injuries to guest’s vehicles. We will not be held responsible for loss or damage to valuables that are not secured properly. In-room safes are available for your use at no charge.
ALCOHOL / DRUGS
Guests are subject to California State Law. Possession or consumption of alcohol by individuals under the age of 21 is a violation of state law and is illegal. Twin Pine Casino and Hotel guests are responsible for understanding and complying with all standards. Alcohol, bottles and glasses may not be brought down from your room into the Casino.
Twin Pine Casino and Hotel is on Federal land. Any and all illegal drug use is against the law. Any violation of these laws may result in exclusion and or law enforcement being notified.
ILLEGAL / DISRUPTIVE / OFFENSIVE BEHAVIOR
Acts of an illegal, disruptive, or offensive nature will not be tolerated. Such acts may be reported to local authorities, and can be the basis for immediate termination of a guest’s room occupancy, as well as the retention of deposits or charges for repair or cleaning. It may also result in exclusion from the casino.
